    Bandwidth Saving with DirecTV Stream STB

    Yes it does. If you click the House button on the remote, arrow over to settings, then select system, then display, then power savings. Make sure it's on. When selected on it says Your device will go to sleep mode after four (4) hours of inactivity.

    Joey 0 tuners available

    So tonight when I turned on my Joey 3 it gave me a broadband connection loss message. I left it sit for about 30 seconds and went to 0 tuners available then to live tv. This is the only Joey 3 out of the three that acts this way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Where my house is I need to move my antenna sometimes when I want to watch different channels over the air. If my channel starts to pixelate my Hopper 3 will reboot before I get a chance to move my antenna. Is this normal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The biggest one is TV Land. Others that I don’t watch all the time but I would like in HD when I do are ION and MTV 2 just to name a few. I don’t feel HD is a priority to them. They just launch 3 new channels and they’re all in SD.

    Freezing on multiple channels

    For about 5 days now my Hopper will freeze for about 3 - 5 seconds on multiple channels. When I check Status it seems to hang at 60% with System Status checking and Satellite Signal Status with green spinning circles. Anything you suggest I can check before the dreaded call in to tech support.

    Stand by screen

    My Hopper 3 will just randomly go to the stand by screen. My timer is set for 4 hours. I was sitting in my living room and not even 10 minutes ago my wife turn on the tv and it just went back to the stand by screen again. Any ideas what I could try? Sent from my iPhone using SatelliteGuys

    I get the same results. As long as I don’t press guide it will run smoothly. As soon as I hit guide the app crashes.
