Thanks... trying to build a small Device to show my guys what the beam direction actually is. Been having the problem of mounting just under the eve of the roof and the signal is partially blocked. This way they can test the angle BEFORE mounting the dish to see if they have enough clearance.

Agreed... I contract to wire preconstruction homes and businesses and I try to convince the folks to run DUAL lines to each room... if you don't need it, leave it behind a face plate and it is ready for when you do... And ALWAYS run CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable at the same time... saves time...

Personally I would simply contact a local installer and ask his price to do this for you so as to prevent any problems. If I understand what you want it should be no more than $50 -$65.
