    Dish DVR and local channels from antenna

    I have Dish Network and receive my local channels from an external antenna instead of paying them for local channels. I just hooked up a second TV and with TV2 I cannot scan for local channels. Dish tells me that I cannot get the local channels from an antenna on the second TV. Is there a way...
