I am just north of Sacramento and trying to pick up Palm Springs DMA which is on 129W, transponder 9, Spotbeam 33. When i test the satellites on my receiver at the 129/9 it changes to spotbeam 9 with a signal strength of 65. I'm doubtful that this is the Palm Springs DMA since the map shows me...

They should resolve the CBS contract more timely since they carry the NFL. Dish doesn't want to be without the NFL, especially with the Broncos being in their hometown of Denver, CO. Hopefully they pull in other CBS stations (hopefully in HD) if things fail, or perhaps CBS giving Dish...

9467 is red out. According to a CSR the RedZone freeview is only in SD. Doesn't make sense but that is what I was told.

It appears that Dish is now only previewing the networks SD feeds. They're doing it with the NFL RedZone and I'm sure that is why they're doing it with H2.
