What? I thought it was the case that you could have multiple SWM receivers share one phone line connection basically by networking through the SWM. If what you're saying is true then *every* receiver that does PPV would need either a phone line or Ethernet connection.

Again, DECA and MoCA isn't what I'm asking about. Receivers on SWM can already network to pass PPV purchase info. Are there any prospects of expanding that capability to MRV? Expanding it to also encompass DoD would be nice too, but SWM MRV is really what I'm asking about.

Seconded. It ought to be an option for the user whether he wants the list combined or separate. Also, if you're going to combine the lists, then you should either combine the free space meters or show the meter for the receiver that contains the currently selected show.

Seconded. MRV doesn't work between my HR21 and HR22, and searching for MRVCLIENTON locks up the UI hard. MRVCLIENTOFF locks it up too. And, of course, since the UI is locked up hard, I can't send a report.

I don't know if you're supposed to need to reapply keywords after updating from one CE to the next... But searching for keyword MRVCLIENTON (it was on before) on both my HR22 and HR21 hang the UI at the point where you click 'continue' after entering the keyword. I've had to RBR both units to...

Since we're in the CE forum, an I went through this exercise and got it working, here are the details: You need to install the CE on each of your DVRs, and they all have to be connected to the same network. I have an HR21 and an HR22 on our network. You must enable the keyword MRVCLIENTON...

At some point, the problem went away on its own. I was just hoping that there was something odd about the program that was on at that time, and that the report might have included some information. I posted really just in case DTV was lurking. :)

This isn't really feature requests, just suggestions for minor UI tweaks. 1. "Exit" should not abort recording playback. If you're watching a recorded show and enter the menu system, then hit exit, you return to the show you're watching. Hit exit once again, and it clears the info display...

This evening, KRCB's 2nd stream (Create, 22-2) is coming in just fine.... But the HR22 insists on putting up the 771 overlay on top. 22-1 and 22-3 don't have this problem, oddly enough. I've taken a report - 20090524-43d7 - with this channel tuned in.

That worked. Thanks! Every once in a while the network loses touch with the other receiver. Getting it reconnected and waiting about 10 minutes brings the other receiver back. That, and the "Welcome to DTV On Demand" video showing up constantly are the only issues I've run into so far...

Never mind. That episode stopped ("searching for authorized content") at the 12 minute mark on the other DVR too. This episode was recorded before the CE update, so I am at a loss.
