It looks like I should tweek my focal length - shortening 15/16ths, check centering and leave my f/D @ .036 until fine tuning. Further research with Winegard tells me my BUD is a "Quadstar", sound familar?

This is what I've come up with: D=75" d=13" So focal distance, f=27" & f/D=0.36 I think my math is correct but I'm having difficulty with the f/D "scale" on my BSC621 LNBF. The scale markings are not as detailed as I've seen before. Is there a measurement I can make that would be more accurate...

Thanks Sir! You have a solid dish, will the size holes in my Winegard be an issue with Ku reception? I've heard it mentioned but never with a specific hole "size" mentioned. Or is this a BSC621 issue?

I should add that the 5 element actuator line is connected to the actuator but the 3 line servo motor line is not used -correct?

Well now I'm lost, I thought feedhorn servo motor control was required during reciever channel changing. RG-6 from LNB to Traxis DBS-2500 reciever, BUD actuator control lines to V-box. It looks like a Uniden PC-4000 reciever/descrambler would control both BUD movement and feedhorn servo motor...
