Another dumb question, I have an HR24 with dual B band converters and talked to a rep about the HR34 and was told I need a SWIM? Is that installed at the dish or in the house? Will have try and do myself since there is a difference in my "home" and actual location.

SWM only Pretty much a noob when it comes to all this stuff, but what does it only being "SWM" mean? I am currently using a single HR24/500, only 1 receiver in home, so will I be able to just connect this right up in place of my HR24? Thanks

Hey I live in Pineville and use an address in Metarire(spelling?) and get all the New Orleans locals in HD plus a couple of other channels...I was using an address in Shreveport but believe or not the picture is better on the local channels coming out of New Orleans. Good Luck

Just bought a new HR22 already have 2 of them, this new one has been up and running for 3 days now but when you change channels you get a black screen for up to 3 or 4 secs till the picture appears on the new channel. Anybody else have this problem ? My older receivers don't do this. Thanks...

don't know them by the actual channel station name but will check ... but have you had the audio drop out on some channels for a few seconds ??
