Tech came and installed a hopper 3 and 2 joey 3 setup this morning. Everything seems to work fine. when I view the tv activity it shows 2 of 16 in use but below that it only shows 4 tuners. Is that normal? I tested the installation and it shows green on all 16 tuners. Sent from my iPad using...

I have an appointment to upgrade to a hopper 3 from a hopper w/sling. Can I hook an external drive to the hopper w/sling and transfer the recordings to it? If so can I then transfer them to the hopper 3 ? Thanks

I’m glad it works better on PC. Not so much on iOS with the iPad Pro. Since the last update the interface is screwed up. Everything is smaller and shifted to the left and the guide only covers half the screen.
