I've had them both, previously 2 722k, currently a H2000, and an HWS. Not sure how the 722 (k) could be said to have smoother GUI or faster than either hopper, unless a faulty situation is present that is causing problems.

Agree with Halo, these things are kinda wonky the first couple of days, give it a day or 2 to work out. If it's not working after 3 days call em up or contact DIRT via this forum.

Couldn't agree more, 2 hoppers for 4 tvs is the best setup possible. IMHO.

Definitely have problems. I would not blame the hopper for this one. As others have said get in touch with DIRT. They will get you fixed up.

They do. If they would advertise the way everything works a little better to customers, the customers as a whole would be much happier.
