It looks like it'll be available as a add-on to YTTV, and also as a standalone as part of YouTube Premium Channels, which is where you can buy a movie, or Tv show, like that, so I guess you won't need YTTV.

This is what I did, called DTV, asked for loyalty department, they gave me NFL ST Max free for 2022, haven't paid for it the past 3 or 4 years, been with them since 2006 though, not sure if that matters.

I pay $16.19 after taxes for Amazon Prime, not Prime Video, the entire Prime, I get the free 2 day shipping, etc... Apple One is a service they offer that costs less than paying for Apple TV+, Apple Music, 2TB iCloud, News+, Arcade, & Health+ or something like that all bundled together.
