It's been about 10-11 months since I did my scan. I redid a scan and I now get about 15 more stations. The guide says Regular Programing, but the stations are there. Once you run the scan, you have to go to FAVORITES and check the new channels so they are not blocked. Thanks.

I have had an AM21 with my HR54 and I get SOME digital sub-channels, but not as many as I get from my TV directly. Will all the sub-channels come in if I re scan?

I surrender. I turned off the power savings and reset my remote so the C61K stays on. no delay......

D came out today. They replaced the cables, slitter and changed the C61K box. It's still slow. It may be about a second or 2 faster, but still over 30 seconds to turn on. I think I'll program my remote to keep the mini on.

After a "small disagreement" they are coming out tomorrow morning. I'll let you all know what happens. It's a shame that the reps who answer the phone talk before they think.

I have a HR54-200 and a C61K-700. The new firmware came in last week. When I turn on my 4K television, there is a a 7 second delay then it goes blank again for about 2 seconds when I first turn it on. Is there anything that can be done about this?
