    Replacement Remote

    As KAB said, we should be able to get a replacement sent out. If you need to purchase one, I would also recommend the store page on our website if eBay or another retail site doesn't work out. Just send me or one of my co-workers a PM with the account info and we'll get that taken care of.

    Sorry, I did misunderstand the original post. Our typical installations are 2 Hoppers or HWS and 6 Joeys leased, however there is no specific limit currently. Additional Hoppers would just have to be purchased.

    I haven't seen anything about upgrading Hoppers to HWS due to a communication issue at this time. Me or one of my co-workers can always see about getting the upgrade performed normally though.

    At this time the new Carbon UI will only be on the HWS and Hopper 3. The Hopper 2000 won't be getting it since the processor isn't fast enough to use it reliably. This could change in the future, but that is the current state of it.

    Hey, Janko. There isn't any picture difference between the 722 and the Hopper, which would be a direct upgrade to the 722. The only difference would be the 4K Joey, but we don't have any specific details on when that will be available.

    If it doesn't finish by about 4 hours, try removing it from the power strip and plugging directly into the wall. If the problem continues, we'll probably need to get a replacement receiver out there for this.

    Is the receiver on a hard surface or enclosed/near other equipment? Let the receiver finish the recovery process and see if anything changes. It shouldn't take more than 4 hours to complete. Is the receiver plugged into a surge protector or power strip?

    All of our On Demand content is controlled by the distributors themselves, we don't actually control when content is updated or added. When BBC America chooses to update that, it will be available.
