The picture jumping is occurring on the HDTV with HD receiver. The internet connection is up and running but the picture on the HD TV jumps. The HD DVR is another another room.

Can I moved this box to any active coax cable? I'm trying to connect a coax/ethernet adapter to the tv that has this swim box attach but the picture on the tv jumps/pauses/freezes...etc. If I move the swim box to a different live Direct cable...will that resolve my issue and let me us my coax...

Just set up cable internet(30Mb down) from DSL (3Mb down) noticed that the VOD downloads are faster. AT&T customer service gave me a bad comment so I dropped them. Customer Service was horrible, besides I wanted to jump from 3 down to 30 down.

I'm not liking most of the channels. This package doesn't see offer programs that make the hassle worth it of dropping and picking it back up. I hope DTV add more HD channels to this package.

Thanks for sharing, I was thinking of switch to cable internet 5Mb up and 30Mb down. Currently have 3Mb (DSL). I was wondering if I would get an improvement with DTV downloads. Interesting to know that DTV have so so performance on their back end.
