Been days trying to log in with no luck. With computer and with phone. Anyone else experiencing this error?

Find it strange the app has all my channels and streams them. If I log into the website with computer, they show the guide but wont play 80% of those same channels the app plays?

So this morning did the dreaded call of lowering my bill...Canceled NFL package no deals, remove sports pack, and dropped HBO....Well wouldnt you know it, they eliminated my MLB subscription? but yet they say I still have it?, what a mistake it always is....I do find it amazing the questions...

I logged in looks the same....But kept getting errors and then it said I had to be logged into same network as receiver.....Well I was hooked into same network.. So new and improved is basically the same clunky, crappy app, it looks like?

Seen this on the HR44, and HR54, going through recorded series, if you delete one on the bottom, it throws everything away in that group of recordings?....Its happened more than once on both receivers. Been happening about 2 or 3 weeks, but not with constancy.

My HR-54 has acted strange for a few weeks....Pause a recorded program, if the screen saver goes on, it starts from beginning of recording. Same goes for live tv, pause it, it goes back to the beginning of when you started watching .

Ok, looked at Directs web site....You can suspend your account twice up to one full year. Called on Friday and said the account was suspended till March 31st, call back April 1st. Well I called today and they say it can only be suspended once for 6 months. My mother at 92 spends the winter...
