I had lost about 15 HD channels when I downgraded to the Top 250. Channels like USA TNT ESPN etc.

Problem resolved with Dish Chat. Took over 2 hours, way too long, kept coming back to the same issue your equipment must be upgraded to the latest to receive all the channels. Even had some hilarious responses like -USA Network isn't in HD and that I never had it in HD - and - system won't let...

These CSR's don't know what else to do but upgrade when they don't see an Eastern or Western Arc system on your account. When I check the HD channels that I am still receiving they are across all three satellites 61.5, 110 & 119.

I have looked at all the Favorite Lists (All Channels, My Channels & My HD Channels) and the ones I am missing (15) are not listed in any, the SD Channel is there though.

Not the norm Iceberg but my system has been installed and maintained by myself since day one ('99 I believe). Started with single dish at 119 and 2 receivers, did the Dish 500 upgrade. Then a DP twin LNBF and DPP 44 switch with a 921DVR and 3 receivers. Added a wing dish at 61.5 the last time...

I thought maybe Dish would send you one, since it would be a lot cheaper than having to come out and do an installation.
