    HR 44 WiFi connection

    My HR 44 receiver is connected to my WiFi network. Sometimes it will say its disconnected and wants me to set it up again. Is this a common problem with the wireless Genie?

    Just had D* installed.....

    It was an AT&T guy that installed the Dish and Receiver, I'm surprised. It hasn't taken them long to change over there fleet of vehicles. Are they going to stop using contractors all together you think?

    D* Bad Credit Deposit

    D* is requiring me to pay a deposit fee of 300.00 which I don't mind paying. I would like the Genie HD DVR. But when I go to sign up all it say is HD DVR. Do I need to request the Genie?

    D* install

    I have D* coming out Wednesday for a new install. We don't want them to install the dish on the house. We would rather have it installed on a pole. I have read on here that its considered a custom install? Does anyone know how much the installer will charge? Thanks.

    Install next Thursday 8-4-2011

    I have a install scheduled for next week.I am unable to mount the dish on the house due to me renting a room in the house that im living in.I told the customer service rep that it needs to be installed onto a tri pod.My question is will they provide the tripod or do I need to go and buy one?Thanks.
