    Not needed, the Hopper has built in wireless The best option I believe would be to put the Hopper in the basement and connect OTA to the Hopper the put wired Joeys in both the family room and bedroom to get both DISH & OTA.

    I don’t know why DISH did that but my guess would be that they figured that the quality was better using the actual channels live stream rather than streaming it from your Hopper.

    Not sure when this first started but on my Hopper plus I cannot scroll channels up or down I can only change channels by typing in the number unless I go into the guide then I can scroll.

    No I gave up trying to watch OTA on the Hopper plus. If I need to view OTA I just switch the AVR input to the Hopper 3 without the plus.
