Why would Norsat build a new and expensive LNB with a Noise Temp of 70K? I have seen LNBFs out there with 5G filter with 15K noise temp so it can’t be because of the filter. I ended up purchasing one inspite of the noise temp but am still curious by the 70K temp Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Anyone has a hint on how to make east limit switch work on ajak motor? Strangely enough my west limit works properly but my east limit don’t. I switch cables and the east works but west doesn’t so I know both switches are fine. Have used a vbox and Titanium and both behave the same.

Just to mention that my 12 footer did survive hurricane Maria. I used thick rope to secure dish on 4 sides. Smaller dishes were torn but my reliable BUD stood tall!

Anyone know how to properly maintain an Ajak motor? It has a screw on top. Should I put some kind of grease through it? Does it need to be cleaned first from any old lube or do I just apply in it new grease? It seems to be working fine but does it need to be greased or lubed now and then?
