    The 722 doesn't have Sling built in right? Can the OP log into their sling box and get the sling ID and password to use with Sling's software?

    You may need to setup an account on slingbox.com. If I remember right I did that first. You'll need the Sling ID and password shown from the receiver's info page. On a 922 I press menu twice to get it.

    How long do your movies take to arrive in the mail?

    Returned one on Tuesday. They shipped another today and even though the email says I won't get it til Friday, it will be here tomorrow. So 3 days total. Pretty much the same as Netflix.

    922 crashes

    The features and interface of the 922 is why I'm a Dish customer. I've used a 722 before and just don't like the interface. Doesn't feel "modern" at all to me. Everything about the 922 interface is easy to use for me.

    I tried a few combinations also but didn't come up with any that worked. Maybe Dish uses it to send updates?

    I notice if I point a web browser on a computer in my LAN to the URL of my ViP922 using https:// it asks for a login and password. Anyone know what this might be used for? Thanks.
