ok. I was able to reproduce it everytime I did DLNA and gone back to watching regular programming.

I have done reset which will fix temporarily and it will come back again. It's very erratic. Sometime it will fix itself without doing reset.

I have the issue with the hopper. Resetting will fix it temporarily.

I have the similar issue and opened a ticket with Dish. Does unplugging/plugging Joey permanently fix the isuse? The problem comes back for me after sometime.

Mention it because most of these installers are clueless since this is such a new system. Also tell them you will need a MOCA tap with the HIC.

Did you hook up HIC to the Joey? if not then do you think it will work if it's connected that way? I already have ethernet connection to the Hopper but DLNA is intermittent in the hopper but it doesn't connect DLNA to the Joey at all.
