    tyork According to voom they installed a amplified signal booster, but I only see a non powered switch. I tried to explain that to voom, but that is what the installer put in their notes, so I guess I cant see the work that they said they did.

    The multi-switch is a vm-3400, and the locals antenna says it it a winsgard amplified. Hope this helps.
