    Thanks for the great info! I did the same thing only I have a linksys router. I forwarded ports 80, 443 and 5678 to the reserved IP. Works perfectly.

    Hopper Freeze and Reboot

    I had a tech out on Sunday and he replaced the cable between the hopper and the node, just as they did for nicholb. So far this seems to have fixed it. Thanks for making this thread and posting your fix nicholb. Saved me a lot of troubleshooting.

    Add me to the reboot problem list. Going to see if I can get the coax replaced between the hopper and the node as nicholb did.
