    522 to 622 question

    We have a 622 hooked up for two TV's. We are thinking about swapping out our 522 for my daughter for a 622. Is there any technical reason Dish would require or need to send out a technician to do the install. I just had to replace our 622 with no problems.

    Refurbished 622 and Guide default problem

    Since receiving the refurbished 622 we have been having a problem with the guide pop-up. We change each tuner to use the guide button and not the pop-up, but overnight the guide resets the the guide pop-up. Dish Tech support had no answer except unplugging and plugging in the receiver.
