My guide does not have these channels (845, 846), and I can't tune either. Entering 845 with the remote causes the receiver to tune to 849 (which is the next available channel I guess). I have the HDTV package. My receiver is the 6100. Any ideas what could be wrong? Also, what are channels...

Thanks beeb. With the TP info you provided, then I believe it must be an activation issue. Hope the broker can handle it. So when you are using a broker, you can't call BEV directly? Is there a way to figure out the account number or something?

Can anybody in the US receive Rogers Sportsnet HD (Channel 851) in the US? I was looking in lyngsat and it appears that channel is on transponder 9 on Nimiq2. I got not signal strength on that transponder (0%). Could this explain why the channel is not in the guide? I got over 70% on other...
