The bubble on the level is between the level lines all the way around. It might not be perfectly center but again the bubble is between the level lines so its very close.

I tried it. I set the dish pointer to 72 and transponder 16 and simply can not seem to find it. I have tried going way past where it should be but it just doesn't seem to be there. I know it is but it just doesn't come in.
