I was finally able to pick up 11760 today with no rain. Though the signal quality is 69% compared to 72% on 12120.

After a couple of days of trying all of a sudden it's fine! It's not raining anymore, could that have been it ? Signal Quality 69-72%. :happydance

Rain affects Ku right ?! Cozi is coming in intermittently right now. Trans 12145 is fine

Nothing on those two other trans. I used to be able to get them...I'll do some more tweaking tonight which I had done to be able to get a good signal for Cozi on 12120.

I recently replaced my old motor with a STAB HH90. My old one was similar to the SP-120.

No luck with the other transponder...It's detected during a blind scan but I don't get any signal. No issue with 12120 though.

My blind scan did not pick that up. I'll add the transponder and try that next.

Nevermind! I fixed it...seems this motor has some slack when falling towards the east. I set the sat location as 103.5 instead of 103....signal quality went up to 72% and Cozi TV is playing fine now. I may do some more fine tuning on it.

Need some help here with Cozi TV. Used to get it fine....now it comes and goes. When I do get some signal the signal quality is up at 69%. May display briefly with pixelization but then it loses the signal. It's on 12120/H/3000 on 103W. Any ideas what's going on ? I can pick up the other...

You can delete all those sats and add the North American sats. That's what I do when messing with my receivers.

I'm back! Replaced the motor with a new Stab HH90, aligned the dish and so far so good! :) Slowly adding the satellites back in.

Well I'm partly back up....new GeoSat Pro dish is up and running. Aligned correctly but having some issues with getting on the desired sat. & channels...I still think the motor is damaged. I will replace it this weekend. Found a new Stab HH90. PBS is still on AMC 21 correct ? Can't seem to hit...

My replacement Ku dish arrived today. Going to order a new motor. I have reason to believe my current one was also damaged. Hopefully next weekend I can put up my new system. :clapping

So am I. When I initially set this up I followed the instructions for 24.5 degrees but the dish was way to low. You can see the rust mark where I had it. I ended up raising the dish until I received a signal and then tweaked it. Picture shows where I ended up and it worked across the arc.

Can someone confirm my settings are correct ? See attached images. I'm at 33.9474 degree latitude. According to a SG-2100 manual my motor elevation should be 56 degrees and dish declination should be 24.5 degrees. The images show how it was set before it was assaulted. It worked fine before. Thanks.

My new Geosat dish will arrive on Sunday.

I'm suspecting this may be the case. Looking at my setup from behind, it doesn't look like it is straight. Also I've had to re-center the reference point twice since going to the reference point doesn't always go there. Motor might be damaged.
