It wouldn't be too difficult if you have existing cable wiring to put in a Smartbox with a QAM card to serve the complex. We serve campuses with Smartboxes. The only problem we have are people with cheap TVs without internal QAM tuners. The box itself runs well, as long as you keep it cool. Ed
