It’s only getting signal on the one transponder 12130 v2499 tho. If i fine tune to this transponder will it pick up others?

I’m using an older dish 30in viasat.it did not have a lnbf on the end of it when i got it out of the trash lol. I adjusted my lnbf and finally got a signal.

This is my setup tried again today with an called dishpointer pro and still no results doin swipes from east to west. And goin up and down with Elevation still no quality signal reciever and lnb are from eBay cheap lnb was 12 bucks and reciever was 27. Maybe the equipment is faulty?

How far does the dish have to be off the ground?
