    I just installed a 1000.4 dish, works great here in SoCal, now I want to connect the 110 location to it, any problems? LA locals there in Mpeg 4. I did this just for fun, ya, my wife loved another dish.

    SWM8 self install

    What's happening at 129, Echostar 5

    Anything happening there yet? Is it time to point a dish over there, even if the receiver software isn't updated to handle the 129 location, won't I still get a signal, with the receiver telling me I have the wrong satellite, yes - no?

    72.5 DirecTv 5 in LA area

    Does anyone have a printout of the footprint for DirecTv 5 at 72.5, I want to know if it covers the LA area here on the west coast or does it get cut off like the Nimiq 3 satellite? Lyngsat says DirecTv 5 is CONUS, but is it really? Any info will be helpful

    Charleston, S.C. Locals

    In theory can I in Los Angeles, Ca. receive the Charleston S.C. locals because their on DirecTv 5 at 72.5. How does this work when the satellite was built for the 110 or 119 location? By repositioning DirecTv 5 to 72.5 does the whole country still get covered or does some get cut off?
