DirecTV On Demand Error Code 128

Thanks for your efforts, Chip and Twizt. No, it was 3 digits, 128. I just tried again and I just rebooted the VPN router and tried again, but this time it was 109. I just rebooted the receiver, and now I get error code 110. I guess I'll try rebooting the main router, I don't know what else to do.

While trying to watch an On Demand program yesterday, I received an error code of 128. The error code popped up as the program was loading. Does anybody know that this means?

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

Hello again, everybody. Well, one year later I can gladly say that I have DirecTV On Demand up and running. It cost me a pretty penny, but from what I saw yesterday, it's worth all of it and more. :)

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

I don't understand how. Everyone I know here has tried, including me, without a VPN but no luck. I don't know how much time I've wasted trying it. If you know the secret, please share. :)

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

Listen, you're obviously not here to help me, you're here to play Internet cop, but I'm not into playing games. Look for someone that actually gives a flying f#%k about what you're talking about, because it sure isn't me.

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

I'm not concerned about all that, DTRO. I've had my own account for many years now, about a year before the black market died. I don't stack, I have my own address, phone number, etc.

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

I'm going by memory, it's a Cisco 220W or something like that. It's a VPN router that my tech guy uses all the time in commercial VPN installations. StrongVPN confirmed that it cannot be flashed and is incompatible. Ironically, this is a 300.00 router and the one I'm picking up today that IS...

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

I was all ready to go last night, I had my IT guy here and then we found out my router was incompatible with StrongVPN. I'm very close, gonna pickup another router today. Does anybody know where the DirecTV servers are located? I'm asking because my IT guy says the closer my ip address is to...

Directv On demand in Canada using VPN?

I've had my HR24 connected to the Internet for about 2 years now, rsoares. I can watch YouTube video's and some other "Extras", but I haven't been able to watch anything from "On Demand." I setup a VPN yesterday, but I'm still trying to get it going.

    issue with replacing a reciever

I've been paying for Directv since the 90's and I've always posted in Directv topics, sometimes for advice, sometimes not. I don't have a problem with it, obviously. Why some others do is downright childish to me.

    issue with replacing a reciever

I'm now using my cousins address in the USA but I think the mail forwarding company was called "USA Box". I ended up finding a place on the internet. If you want a link to them, just send me a PM. As for hooking it up, I just called Directv, through Skype, and activated it.

    issue with replacing a reciever

I hear you but both your addresses are in the USA, big difference. I guess I'll restart my old mail forwarding service and everything should be cool. You've been great. Thanks so much, Iceberg.

    issue with replacing a reciever

I'm just worried that they might as me why my mailing address is completely different than my service address. My paranoia is getting the better of me I guess. Thanks so much.

    issue with replacing a reciever

I'm in Toronto, Canada and I have an HR20 that is slowly dying. I ordered a new HR24 receiver online from Milli and I'm wondering what to do with the old receiver, because it has to go back to Directv. From what I understand, when I call them to activate the new receiver, they're going to...
