Look likes FCC Denies DirecTV and Echostar on Spectrum Five 114.5 slot and Telesat and SES Americom on Echostar 86.5 slot. Now Echostar can build, operate and launch at 86.5 slot.

I have the 942 reciever and I'm going to upgrade to the 622 receiver, but I have two HDTV's in my household. Do I have to purchase the 211 or can I leased for $49.00. I know in April there will be $200 rebate for the 622. But can I leased a 211 also.
When I'm Watching Programs On My 942 Receiver Or 625 Receiver It Just Shuts Off For No Reason At All. I'm Not Touching My Remotes, When It Shuts Off. I Like To Know If I Have A Defect Equipment Or Not.
