Problem opening file I keep getting "The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted". It downloads fine but gives me the message stated. What can I do to open this file? I tried to extract and it says "There is not a file to extract".

Report Mine does not show miscellaneous options at all. It is a HR20-100. Ethernet is connected and has been tested. Can someone help so I can send a report?

1080P Mitsubishi WD-65732 tv. It can accept 1080P at 24, 30, and 60hz. HR20-100 receiver. Blinking picture with audio coming when the picture is shown. I am connected straight to the tv via HDMI.
