I just upgraded my phone and turned in the old one. My Dishanywhere app will not let me authorize the new phone because I have reached my limit of 5 devices. One of the devices is the old phone. Is there anyway to de-authorize a device? Randy

I just upgraded from Hopper 2000 to Hopper w/sling. I transfered all my DVR programs to my EHD. The transfer back to the new Hopper did not work. After chatting with tech she indicated that the would not transfer back. I am able to watch the programs directly from the EHD though

I'm thinking they want you to use the "Game Finder" app that show all the games without searching

Yes, I have noticed problems also. I usually just watch DVR'd events but it is apparent. My biggest gripe is Fox never broadcast in DD 5.1 on their regular shows, but live sporting events are just fine. Neither Dish or the local Fox will admit to any problems. Randy

Long story short, I received a replacement Hopper for one that was thought to be bad. The original started working again. There are programs on the DVR that I want to keep. My EHD now says it needs reformatting on the original Hopper so I can't transfer the DVR programs to that. I'm afraid...

Please check out this link to Dish Support. It is not just Windstream. They admit there is a problem and don't have a fix for it. As I've said before, I'm not going to spend hours troubleshooting only to have Dish say they are aware of the problem...
