    Manual updates can be initiated through the Diagnostics Screen. However the update is not available to everyone at the same time

    you will have to connect the coaxial cable from the antenna to the coaxial port on the TV. then you d to tell te TV to use that input and run a scan.

    Well you just posted in the Satellite Guys Support Center which is one of the many forums on this site. There are separate forums for Dish Network Support and for Issues with the Hopper Plus. Does that help?
