Dual core processors will always cause Timetrax to crash... unfortunately you need to disable one of the cores in your BIOS to run Timetrax on your machine. Yeah, I know, it sucks.

Having the same problem here and my Internet connection is fine also.

Thanks for this tip... it solved my problem! But it sucks having to disable one of my cores just to run Timetrax. Hopefully we'll have a new version soon that doesn't crash dual core machines.

Was this issue ever resolved? Other people (like me) are having issues with reboots... and I am running a dual core processor also. It sure would be nice if the TT support staff would help people in the forums instead of always suggesting to "open a support ticket". It would be so much...

Sorry... just read a bunch of threads (should've done this first!) I see the TT servers are down, which most likely explains my problem.

I keep getting this error message pop up over and over even though my Internet connection is working fine. It counts down from 15 seconds and tells me "an internet connection is required for TT to operate". Sirius seems to be playing fine but I'm worried that it may go out on me and it won't...

Does it really take 5 minutes to change the channel? My channels change very slowly too but it doesn't take 5 minutes... more like 4 or 5 seconds.

I'm having the same exact problem with TT Recast 1.4. The folder I created on my desktop to hold my recordings disappears and then will reappear. Very strange problem... haven't figured out any pattern to it yet.

I've received only two emails from you... 1 for the order confirmation, and 2 for the shipping confirmation. Neither of these two emails has the activation key included in it. I have no emails from TimeTrax in my spam folder. My order # is 561289.

Thanks for the reply... I already opened a ticket and I haven't received a response yet (I didn't expect one immediately due to the holidays). I'm trying to be patient on this, but neglecting to send an activation key is such a ridiculous error on TT part that I'm getting a little PO'ed...
