My 411 also began doing a "delay". This began late last week. When changing channels, the screen goes black for 5-10 seconds before programming begins. There is also a delay when bringing up the program guide.

Had my hopes on this until I read about the caps. You would think that Dish would want you to be able to use their Blockbuster programming on a regular basis without running into caps.

I have searched the board and have not been able to find an answer to this: Can you watch a recorded show on a 211 with EHD while trying to record another show? I know you can not watch one channel live while trying to record another.

Does EPIX run commercials or is it commercial free?

Stonescat, "Grand Prix" did look good in full 16X9 HD. Also keeping my fingers crossed for true widescreen presentations full screen.

How often should the outside wiring be changed out? My current wires are about 8 years old and seem a bit brittle. I am in California, so the cable is only subject to rain and sun.
