I will be very disappointed if that is the case. I have had my local channels on the program guide for the past two months with the 211 receiver. Prior to that I had the local channel info with my privious receiver for about a couple years.

You should give Channel 8 a try. They seem to have their act together in the HD/Digital arena. They do seem to cover most of Connecticut quite well.

I did get some info from WTIC that the FCC is allowing them to operate at full power but a temporary height of the antenna at the site. The landlord of the site is going to make the changes to the height but it may take about a year for that :(

I'm in vernon. I am able to get 3-1 springfield, 3-2 hartford, 8 new haven, 20 waterbury, 26 New London, and 30 hartford.

I do get WVIT-30 now. The power level reports about 38-40. I am not getting channel WTIC-61. Power level is around 20. :^(( Antennaweb reports both of these sites to be about 20 miles from my house. I am using the channel master stealth with an rotor I had to add on.
