    trying to update software in a Coolsat 8000

    I recently purchased coolsat 8000 receiver, It has SW 11170A how do I get it to 2025A. I've ran upgrade 3.01 uploader and downloaded files from here. But I cannot get coolsat 8000 to recognize the upgrade. What is proper sequence? Turn receiver on off at what point? Thanks in advance!

    Neusat HD 9000

    Yesterday Tuesday 08/07/07 I received this receiver in the mail. I tried PBS HD feeds, I seen signal, but not quite strong enough.
