Thank you but that link is for the box. I'd like to find one for the software, the guide and features. I don't know why, but I can't delete a few of these series recordings I had set. I go to "scheduled Programs" delete the title and sure enough a week later, it recorded the show anyway...

As far as the delay when rewinding or FF. It's cool, but you have to "trust" the box! What you do is while FF through a comercial, look at the screen and as soon as you see your program, hit Play. What it does is recognize the moment you pressed Play and it will back up to a few seconds before...

I'm sorry I did not post back. I did not get email nhotice of replies. Actually, I simply enter the ch number and it comes up. there are 6 pages, nothing you can change.

in my area Tampa Bay/Clearwater ch 1994 is it. I wonder, has anyone been able to decipher the info? I ask because changing from some chs to another is long. 7-8 secs. Usually it seems like going from a 480i ch to a 1080i ch takes the longest. Also, the same is true for simply turning on the box...

for prgrm settings where you want the entire season for example like "Intervention" it will not accept the 1 min over. There really should be a global setting. 30 sec, 1 min, etc. Total waste to call in. You're not going to get to someone truly "in the know"

most recordings are cutting off about a minute short. we've gone in and tried to set for 2-3 mins over. some programs will take the over set and some don't :( MANY shows come up short. Any solutions for this???
