DIGITAL~DAN, I hooked up the old splitter once again last night and ran an RG6 to my old DST-3000. Everything turned out great. I get all my local OTA HD channels on my second TV. No sign of overheating of the power supply for the in-line amplifier. Tony.

I already had two separate lines for my old DirecTV setup so my installation was a breeze for the installer. I would recommend two lines also. Insist on two separate lines. Good luck with your installation.

Ok, newbie here. :confused: What does "re-peak" mean? Sean Mota had mentioned the same for me but I am clueless as to what it means. My sat signal quality is around 85. Sean had mentioned 90 or above is what I should be getting. Does re-peaking mean the installer comes out and adjust the dish?

Yeah, I know what you mean Digideal. I don't think I can do without OTA HD. So far my Voom experience has been pretty good. I think I am going to stick with Voom for awhile.
