    NBA League Pass includes select preseason games as part of the package, the NFL and NHL do not. That's why you don't see the channels.

    This is exactly why I dropped EI, long ago, and went with MLB.TV instead. Not only do I have access to all feeds, no matter their origin, but it's way cheaper, too.

    The London games have never been national broadcasts. Until last year, there was only one London game each year, and it was played in the 1PM ET timeslot. It was always a regional game and was available on ST.
