Curious, if I suspend or disconnect the coaxial feed from my Hoppers, can I still view recordings already on the drive?

Good info , thank you both....As much as I would like to let my cost I don't want to do so at the cost our quality. I was with Direct for almost 9 years and was forced to go to Dish and haven't been sorry with the exception of cost. Guess I'll stay where I am. Thanks again!

Thinking of dropping Dish for the Xfinity X1 triple play. I have three months left and receive all channels except the HBO's etc and pay $116 mo plus another $92 for phone and internet thru AT&T for only 12mb down. I love Dish and their Hopper but have to cut down on our monthly out going $...

Yeah, we are usually several weeks behind do to our busy schedule and then there's the travel and vacations but since the holiday break and season breaks on the shows, we were pretty caught up so I guess we just noticed, lol.

Thanks Scott for the advice. I actually have the free version of tversity but like the recording for later viewing option with play later. Guess I'll just have to view it thru my dvd player and use tversity for the rest. Does the paid pro version offer recording for later viewing? Posted Via...

I am unable to play any of my recordings from playLater via my hopper. They stream fine to my Sony dvd player and play fine on my PC. When I access via home media on dish I can see the file and the poster of the file but they won't play, Just scrolls thru the titles. Is this normal? PlayOn...

received 316 last night however on Sunday while still 315, I missed recordings for the first time. even some of the PTAT did not record along with at least one set timer.

Just received the same email. Not a surprise to me but I am curious as to what the pricing structure will be to retain the channels....$10, same as getting the current channels plus one disc??? Should at the least drop it in half OR bring better and more current constant to BB on demand...

HWS on its way(thanx Zach!) but question on remotes.....do I use the remote that comes with the new HWS to set it up then once done, pair the old remote in order to restore setting?
