    I live in Kansas City Mo and I am on the western arc and get my locals on 129. I have a cabin at a lake in central Mo which looks like its in the fringe to receive KC locals on sat 129. KC locals are also on the eastern arc on sat 61.5 and the footprint for the eastern arc has KC locals well...
