    problem with picture quality

    does anyone thing my possible problem could be a dvi cable issue?i can see alot of what looks like fuss and static in the picture this is a new problem.when i flip through all of my video on my tv i can not see it but with the satelite on and off you can see this on the screen.thanks in advance.

    Got a BAD install?

    my installer gave me a date of may 24 in durham n.c. i called and told them that something needed to be done before that and sure enough they were out here the next night.did not have a signal at all.so i would try to call and raise and do the same and see if that works
