    Hopper 3 source issue

    I just had 2 hoppers replaced with a hopper3 and 2 joeys yesterday and have an issue with the DVR. When I go into the recordings, I show 2 sources and the are both named hopper3 living room 1.     I now have 2 hoppers with one joey and would like to replace them with a hopper 3 and 2 joeys. I now have one dish that picks up 110 and 119 and another dish that picks up 129. Will this setup work with the hopper 3? Thanks
