Hello all I have a snh-031 and qnh-031 lnb on my 90cm dish with the 2100 motor and a 3500sd. my question is can some one give me a good sat to point to for the snh-031 with a good tp and lnb setup information. Also what birds can I use the snh-031 with I live in NH at 03235. Thanks all Dave

hi psb Yeah I did that last time I guessed at 50’ trees and I am 55’ away it said I have to be 53’. I don’t think the trees are over 50’

Well I am thinking that maybe the trees are in the way and I might have to move the dish. I installed the new coax and connectors and no change the signal strength is still low and I can’t get anything past say 90w

Yeeeech! Those are hex crimp on! They are.............. ok for indoors but useless for outdoors! I don’t understand you said no go with the hex connectors in my last post?

I looked at the coax today there is no numbers on it all I know is that it’s left over from my HDTV catv install it has pvc jacket (white) ground, foil, ground, foil, insulation, solid copper center. I assume it’s good to 2200. And the run is less then 100’. Do you recommend another coax...

Well I went up again and retuned amc-6 I moved the dish a bit and the motor very slightly and was receiving amc-6 at the dish at 90%. After I reinstalled the 3500sd in my house the signal is down to 75% and I checked all my cables. Why is this? Also I looked and I am 55f away from my pine...

So tune in sbs-6 to the highest signal I can get and that’s it? I have some pine trees like 30 feet away and my dish is around 10 high.

Is this normal to only get the closet south birds and nothing further west during an install? As you can se my signal drops the more west I go from sbs-6 then after g-3 nothing.

Hello Iceberg Yeah I did that but it looks like a bent lnb arm. How far off from center will the lnb stop working?

Well I installed tp23 in my Pansat and still nothing. I looked at my dish again today and it looks like my lnb arm is bent to the left if I was facing the dash. Looks like I will have to replace the lnb arm Friday or Saturday. is tp23 skew at -45?
