I do too but reading your original post I would have thought you were an Android guy. Dish moves in mysterious ways, but want to come back to Dish but don’t want to pay for a bunch of Joeys when I can use Apple TV on all my TV’s. Seems short sighted to me.

They carry some Premier League games but most are still on NBCSN (soon to be USA). CBS all access has Champions League and FA Cup.

Seems to me that the rebranding is only successful if they get eyeballs watching games to advertise Bally. With the asset write down that Sinclair took, and the naming rights revenue, I can see them going back to providers with much more reasonable terms.

I was seriously looking at Sling but the lack of locals was the issue. I can get locals over antenna, but I like the idea of them being integrated. Also, the Air2 apparently does not work with Apple TV. So, it will end up being YouTube Live for me.

Sinclair still has to service the debt from the purchase of the RSN’s from Disney.

The issues with RSN’s is that not all are created equal. They have different levels of coverage of local teams. So, one area may see $10 in value, another area may not. And, if it was optional, I would cancel as soon as baseball season is over and activate once spring training starts.

My 722 and 622 both extend anything that is categorized as a live sporting event, adding an hour to each. They've done so for years. Try recording an upcoming baseball game. It should automatically add time to it.

That cheap bastid Charlie. I'm so tired of this happening, I'm going to TWC....what? They settled? Never mind.

Any chance something like this is enabled on the 722 for those of us with the Sling adapter?
