Just curious-did at any time did anyone tell you or did you ever read that return of the LNB was mandatory? Or were you an informed consumer(by hanging out here of course) and knew you could ignore any such instructions? :)

Perhaps in the instructions should be a line indicating that return of the lnb is optional .Something about recycling could appeal to some customers.

Thanks everyone-I was looking for the Atmos icon on the Prime screen instead of selecting the show itself.Next-off to a Marantz forum to see why the info screen doesn't say "Atmos".

It is very easy to disconnect the H+ and /or reconnect it.I'm doing this from memory but disconnect any wires running from the H3 to the H+ .Disconnect at the H3.Plug an HDMI wire into the back of the H3 output.Should be good.I'd kill power to both before.Not sure if necessary. The "loyalty" number still works-it just doesn't get you directly to retention anymore. If you want the unpublished deals you have to get by the first line of csrs-they are not authorized to do too much. This has been true for a while and was true as of 3 months ago. Since then I can't vouch for.

To be more clear customers(with the active encouragement of the csrs) would sign up for one month of the protection plan rather than pay for a truck roll(when it was determined the customer needed one).So at some point that got changed to a longer period(like 3 or 6 months).You could cancel...

Interesting...that's sort of how it used to work ages ago but usually you had to pay one month.Last I knew there was a six month minimum. HMM-maybe because you were moving and they could have easily lost you as a customer .
