Installation in Montreal

Hi, My Parents have just moved to Montreal from New Hampshire. We have tried to setup the Directv dish but it will not connect. I live in Vancouver but am in Montreal with them now. Is there any way to find an installer that can get this up for us soon? Thanks!:)
