I thought Survivor was to be in HD but my local CBS is showing in standard. Is it HD anywhere else?

I have the updated software, but have not seen a transparent guide?? Looks like the same guide as before upgrade.. ????

Upgrade went without a problem early am on the 28th. While testing the channels early (7am) this morning, I noticed servere breakup of HD channels, but that cleared up about 8am central time. Has worked perfect with no microstutters for over an hour.

Just a wild guess..., but maybe the problem recently with lower signal quality is from the mass download of 1.10 upgrade information in the satellite stream. Give them a few days and I bet this clears up.

Was watching voom HD (OTA) when it suddenly locked up and needed a soft reboot. After reboot, My STB was targeted for update to 1.10. I had just checked an hour before (9pm central time) and it had not been targeted.

My unit went dead at 4pm today. Tried a soft reboot..no luck.. unpluged unit for a few minutes and it came back.. What could have caused this? New software download?

I am new to voom too and can only guess by what I have read on posts on this web site, but I believe you could have a duplexor problem and are not getting the signal through to voom receiver. I had a good signal when the installer left and then a couple days later the OTA channels disappeared...
